This form of therapy is a great compliment to other treatments you may be receiving such as chiropractic care or physical therapy.  During your Therapy Massage appointment, we will work on a specific site and go straight to where your body needs the work the most.  This form of therapy is recommended for 30 minutes twice a week to receive the best results.  If you are receiving chiropractic care, I recommend scheduling your Therapy Massage appointment immediately before your Chiropractic appointment.
